In the case of adverse weather conditions where our facilities do not allow a lesson to go ahead, the decision will be at the discretion of the coach. If you are unsure, please contact your coach to discuss or adjust lesson times accordingly.

Please ensure that you have read and understand these cancellation policies before making any bookings.

Cancellation fees and terms of use as follows:

01.pre-paid package customers

• Packages are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

• 24 hours or more notice = Lesson credited back into your account

• Less than 24 hours notice = 50% of lesson charge will be debited from your account

02.pay as you go customers (one or two hour lessons)

• 24 hours or more notice = No cancellation fee.

• Less than 24 hours notice = A cancellation fee applies. You will be charges 50% of the lesson time reserved. You will be required to pay any outstanding cancellation fees before booking another service.

03.Extended lesson options (more than 2 hours)

• 48 hours notice or more =No cancellation fee.

• Less than 48 hours notice= A cancellation fee applies. You will be charged the 50% of the lesson time reserved.

04. Pre-Paid Weekly Group Lessons (6-10 week blocks)

• Group Lessons are scheduled for specific dates at a lower cost than you would pay for private lessons. For this reason, these sessions are non-refundable.

• Please ensure that you can make the scheduled dates. Any change to scheduled times due to weather will be communicated with you and added to the end of the original schedule

0.5 Group Clinics (corporate or private)

• 7 days notice = No cancellation fee

• 48 hours notice or more =A cancellation fee applies. You will be charged 50% of the lesson time reserved.

• Less than 48 hours notice= A cancellation fee applies. You will be charged the full cost of the lesson time reserved.

0.6 Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are available for use at Omaha Beach Golf Club and The Range, Warkworth.

• Vouchers are valid for use only by the person named on the voucher.

• Voucher can be used for the product described on the voucher on any Emma Fairnie Golf and Fitness Products.

• Vouchers must be paid for at time of purchase (head to https://bookings.gettimely.com/emmafairniegolfandfitness/bb/purchase to purchase).

• No cash refunds.

• Late cancellations (within 24 hours of scheduled lesson) will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the lesson time reserved.

• Vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase.
